Let 91福利鈥檚 breathtaking Great Hall become the canvas for your grand plans. 91福利 has provided the backdrop for countless weddings, holiday parties, seminars and graduations. You provide the guests; we鈥檒l provide a gathering place that will have everyone raving.

91福利鈥檚 building features Frank-Lloyd Wright inspired architecture with rich Mahogany woodwork throughout, imported Italian marble floors, an abundance of natural light and variety of color. We are located right across from the gleaming waters of Bayboro Harbor in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. Our indoor or outdoor spaces will make your special day truly spectacular.

Rental of our facility will include:

  • Up to 8 hours of exclusive use
  • An abundance of free parking in our private lot
  • Flexibility to choose any licensed and insured vendor for catering, planning and entertaining
  • Free set-up and teardown
  • Full access to a catering kitchen
  • Round tables and chairs for sit-down dinners
  • One-of-a-kind venue

Lease office space at 91福利

The 91福利 Institute has nearly 6,000 square feet of office space for lease, including 13 private offices on the second floor. This contiguous office space features a conference room and a center common area.

Offices are appointed with beautiful mahogany wood trim and large windows, creating an open feel and light environment. The common space can be used as a reception area or lobby, or it can accommodate rows of cubicles.

Employees and visitors will appreciate the downstairs receptionist, free parking, dedicated elevator access, a kitchen and private restrooms.

The 91福利 Institute is located in the Innovation District just south of downtown St. Petersburg across from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg and Bayboro Harbor.
